Refund Policy

Refunds are available under specific conditions:

  1. No refunds apply once the initial concept is approved.
  2. Projects booked under discounted packages are non-refundable.
  3. Urgent design or web development projects are non-refundable.
  4. Refund requests unrelated to company performance will not be accepted.
  5. Unresponsive clients (14+ days) forfeit refund eligibility.
  6. Refunds are not applicable after final files or live websites are delivered.
  7. Third-party services (hosting, SEO, domain, social media, etc.) are non-refundable.
  8. Once positive feedback or revisions are approved, refunds are void.
  9. Full design change requests are treated as new projects.

After a refund, Aussies Solution retains full rights to all designs and intellectual property created during the project.

How to Claim Your Refund

  • Contact our support team via chat, email, or phone.
  • Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
  • Approved refunds will be processed as per company policy.

Account Area

Clients are responsible for checking their project account area regularly for updates, revisions, or communications. Not reviewing your account does not constitute grounds for refund.

Delivery Policy

Design and development deliverables are sent via email or your client account area within 2–3 business days, unless otherwise stated.

Rush delivery (within 24 hours) is available for an additional fee of AUD 100.

Revision Policy

We offer unlimited free revisions as long as the original design concept remains the same.
Revision turnaround time is typically 48 hours.

Applicable Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Australia and the State of Tasmania.

Disputes

Any dispute arising from your use of our website or services will be handled by our Dispute Resolution Department in accordance with Tasmanian consumer law.
